Mr.Chauburji: Just a note for your information.Pakora is a staple in western world and can be enjoyed not only in innumerable Desi restaurant but also as a tid bit in cocktail parties. Its taking its place with chicken Tikka Masala the national dish of England.It is served in most of the pubs.You are right that nobody can compete with original chic pea Pakora in mustard oil.Meat in Pakora is a corrupt version and can never equate with elegant Pakora with or without vegetable dish. It is like having( Biraheen) Chick peas Paratha cooked over a hot plate during (Mahawat) rain in winter season. These are villagers or inner city delicacies finding new arena.True we are living in a global village. Now the world has lot of corners of GT. Next time I pass through I will try out your discovery.
